About Foodilicious : I am launching Foodilicious which is a small independent registered food business in Newbury selling hot and cold food at markets, events and fairs. I am Food Safety and Hygiene level 2 certified. I would love to serve authentic delicious Indian meals with bold, aromatic spices to my local community.

The food will primarily be Indian cuisine, but also tailored based on public interest. Originally a south Indian, but having lived in North India, my food choices will be a mix of both North and South Indian cuisine.

About myself: I am of Indian origin and living in Newbury for the last 15 years. I have always enjoyed cooking for family and friends and find nothing more satisfying than people enjoying and loving good food. It is incredible to see the transformation of simple, fresh ingredients to flavourful, healthy and delicious food.
